Colophony Rosin, also known as Gum Rosin, Greek Pitch, or Pine Resin, is a natural, high-purity resin derived from pine trees. This hard, brittle, amber-golden solid is widely used in both home crafting and industrial applications thanks to its clean melt, tacky finish, and excellent versatility.

Our WW grade (Water White) rosin is the lightest and purest available, making it especially well-suited for projects where clarity and quality matter most.

Perfect for making beeswax food wraps (Abeego-style), this resin blends best at a 1:8 ratio with beeswax, with optional jojoba oil for added softness and flexibility. Just be sure to melt the mixture slowly—overheating can cause caramelisation and affect performance. For best results, filter the melted blend before using.
